Q: How do I enter the Kimberly-Clark Rock Your School Sweepstakes?
A: There are actually two ways you can enter our sweepstakes. You can enter online, right here on our website, RockBackToSchool.com, or you can simply mail in a 5" x 3" note card including your first and last name, address, phone number, child’s age, school, school location and grade, to:

Q: I’m a member of the U.S. Military. Can I enter the sweepstakes?
A: If you are a legal resident of the United States,18 years or older, a parent/legal guardian of a child in grades K-8, and your child attends a school located within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, you are eligible to enter this sweepstakes!
Q: How many times per day can I enter for a chance to win?
A :Everyone should have an equal chance of winning, so entries are limited to one entry, per person, per day, with a maximum of eighty (80) entries per person throughout the sweepstakes.
Q: What happens if I enter more than one time per day?
A: Everyone should have an equal chance of winning, so if you entered the sweepstakes online, the system will automatically recognize your first daily entry and won’t allow you to enter after that on that day. If you’ve mailed in your entry, all entries will be sorted to avoid duplicates!
Q: How and when will winners be chosen?
A: Winners will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received. The drawing is scheduled to occur on or about September 22, 2008.
Q: How do I know if I may have won?
A: If your entry is selected, you will receive a call at the phone number you provided on your entry form, or you will be emailed at the email address you provided when you registered.
Q: Will I need to sign any legal documents to receive my prize?
A: If you are the Grand Prize Winner, Yes. The Grand Prize Winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of eligibility/compliance with Rules, publicity/liability release and indemnification and return them within seven (7) days of winner notification.
Q: What if I don’t return the signed documents within seven (7) days?
A: If the signed documents are not received from you within seven (7) days of the date you were notified, you will be disqualified as a potential winner, and another entry will be selected.
Q: Will winners’ names be posted on the website?
A: Yes. Look for the Winners’ names at RockBackToSchool.com on or about October 15, 2008.
