KIMBERLY-CLARK'S "ROCK YOUR SCHOOL" SWEEPSTAKES

OFFICIAL RULES

I. NAME OF SPONSOR:

Radio Disney, a division of ABC Radio Networks Assets, LLC, P.O. Box 802626, Dallas, TX 75380, and Kimberly-Clark Global Sales, LLC, Dept. INT., P.O. Box 2020, Neenah, WI 54957-2020. ("Hereinafter referred to as "Sponsors") whose decisions are final and binding as to all aspects of this sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes").

II. ELIGIBILITY:

The Sweepstakes is open to entrants who are 18 years or older and a parent / legal guardian of a child in grades K-8, who are legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C. ("Territory")

Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for Sponsors, any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes or supplying the prize, and their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year.

Any person who has won a Grand Prize from Sponsors within six months of entry is not eligible to enter or play.

III. HOW AND WHEN TO ENTER:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

From 12:00:01 A.M., Saturday, June 28, 2008 through 11:59:59 P.M., Monday, September 15, 2008 ("Term"), all Radio Disney and Radio Disney affiliated stations (individually and collectively, "Radio") will promote, by means of on-air commercial spots, the opportunity to win the prize described below. All times and days in these Official Rules ("Rules") are Pacific Daylight Time. New radio stations may be added at any time during this promotion, as they become participating Radio Disney affiliates. Kimberly-Clark is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of entries, the administration of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the winner.

There are two (2) ways to enter this Sweepstakes:

(a) By Mail: You may enter this Sweepstakes by Mail, by sending in a 5 x 3 inch note card including your first and last name, address, phone number, child's age, and grade to: Kimberly-Clark's "Rock Your School" Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 8514, Prospect Heights, IL 60070 to be automatically entered in the Sweepstakes ("Mail-In Entry"). All mail in entries must be postmarked by September 15, 2008 and received by September 22, 2008.

(b) By On-line Entry: You may enter this Sweepstakes On-line, during the Term, by going directly to www.RockBackToSchool.com, clicking on the Sweepstakes button, providing your first and last name, e-mail address ("E-mail Address"), phone number, child's age, and grade as directed, and clicking "Enter". Each online entry submission must be manually entered by the individual entrant; automated and / or repetitive electronic submissions of entries will be disqualified. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your on-line service will apply. It is your sole responsibility to notify the Sponsor in writing if your E-mail Address changes. To do so, write to Kimberly-Clark, Dept. INT., P.O. Box 2020, Neenah, WI. 54957-2020. All on-line entries must be submitted by 11:59:59 P.M., September 15, 2008.

"Entries" shall mean and refer to each Mail-In and On-line Entry.

Entries remain the property of the Sponsors and will not be returned or acknowledged.

Only one (1) Entry per person per day during the Term, regardless of whether one person has more than one Address/Phone, with a maximum of eighty (80) Entries per entrant during the Term.

Only mail-in entries to the specified P.O. Box address and on-line entries can win. Sponsors are not responsible for inability of entrant to complete entry within specified time, or for misdirected, postage due, or lost mail or other circumstances which may prevent the entry from reaching the P.O. Box address.

Sponsors are not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. No responsibility is assumed for: any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, or software; or failure of any e-mail or electronic entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web-site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute over an electronic entry, prize will be awarded to the owner of the e-mail account if they meet the eligibility requirements, not the name on the entry form.

IV. HOW AND WHEN WINNER WILL BE SELECTED AND NOTIFIED:

On or about Monday, September 22, 2008, one (1) Grand Prize Winner ("Winner"), one-hundred (100) First Prize Winners, two-hundred (200) Second Prize Winners, and one-thousand (1,000) Third Prize Winners will be selected at random from all eligible Entries received.

Winners must meet all eligibility requirements. In the event a Winner is deemed ineligible, or is not available to claim prize during specified dates, then an alternate winner will be selected at random.

All Winners will be notified by phone and / or e-mail on or about September 22, 2008; and the Grand Prize Winner will receive an Affidavit of eligibility/compliance with Rules, publicity/liability release and indemnification via mail within five (5) days of notification. All legal responsibilities of a minor under the Rules will be assumed by a Parent. Winners will be required to provide satisfactory proof to Sponsors of his/her identity, residency, and age(s) of children. Response to any mail notification must be received by Sponsors within seven (7) business days from the date of receipt of the documents or the prize will be forfeited.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Sweepstakes entries received. Many will enter; few will win.

V. PRIZE:

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: If you are the winner ("Grand Prize Winner"), you will receive a concert ("Concert") for your child's school ("School") by Jordan Pruitt ("Artist"); in addition, the School will receive 100,000 Bonus Box Tops ("Bonus Box Tops") to help earn cash for the School in the Box Tops for Education program ("Program"). The Grand Prize consists of the following elements: [1] one (1) Artist Concert performance for the Winner's School; and [2] 100,000 Bonus Box Tops to be redeemed by the School in the Program. Approximate retail value of Grand Prize ("ARV"): $20,000. The Concert will be scheduled during the 2008-2009 school year; and the Bonus Box Tops to be provided to the School by 02/28/09. In the event that a location is not available to host the Concert at the Winner's School, the Concert will be held at an alternate location within the Winner's City, venue to be selected at Sponsor's sole discretion. ONE HUNDRED (100) FIRST PRIZE WINNERS: If you are a First Prize Winner ("First Prize Winner"), you will receive 1,000 Bonus Box Tops valued at $100. Total ARV of 100 First Prizes: $10,000; TWO HUNDRED SECOND PRIZE WINNERS: If you are a Second Prize Winner ("Second Prize Winner"), you will receive an autographed copy of a Jordan Pruitt CD valued at $8. Total ARV of 200 Second Prizes: $1,600; ONE THOUSAND (1,000) THIRD PRIZE WINNERS: If you are a Third Prize Winner ("Third Prize Winner"), you will receive a copy of a Jordan Pruitt CD valued at $8. Total ARV of 1,000 Third Prizes: $8,000. The prizes will be awarded provided there are sufficient eligible entries and they are validly claimed by October 15, 2008, after which alternate winners may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries received.

Approximate retail value ("ARV") of all prizes is $39,600.

All expenses not specifically provided for herein are the winner's sole responsibility. One prize per student per address.

Federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winner, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of any prize valued at $600 or more.

Winners are not entitled to exchange or transfer the prize or to obtain cash or other substitutes, but Sponsors in their sole discretion may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Prize is subject to availability. Sponsors are not responsible for any unavailability of the Artist or the cancellation or preemption of the Concert or for other circumstances that make it impractical or impossible to fulfill all elements of the prize; and the Sponsors only obligation will be to provide the remaining elements, if any, of the prize.

VI. RELEASES

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules.

By participating in this Sweepstakes and/or accepting any prize that they may win, entrants agree to release the Sponsors, their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize.

Entrants authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, in any media now known or hereafter created or conceived, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner's list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at the Sponsors sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.

To claim prize, winner and/or winner's parent or guardian must: (a) provide proof of winner's age and child(ren)'s age(s), residency, and legal status; (b) sign and return eligibility, publicity, liability and any other releases requested by Sponsors; and (c) have winner's intended guest(s), if any, sign and return any releases requested by Sponsors; all within the time period(s) specified by Sponsors.

VII. MISCELLANEOUS; WINNERS' LIST

Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

For a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to: Kimberly-Clark's "Rock Your School" Sweepstakes, c/o Kimberly-Clark P.O. Box 8419, Dept. BT, Prospect Heights, IL. 60070 by 12/22/08. Vermont residents may omit return postage.
